    A lucky lotto player from Auckland has millions of reasons to celebrate after winning eight-and-a-half million dollars tonight


    The winning Powerball ticket was sold on MyLotto.

    The winning numbers are 4, 13, 27, 28, 35 and 36 - bonus ball 21 and powerball 7.

    Another player from Canterbury - who also purchased their ticket online through MyLotto - has won 500-thousand dollars in first division.
