    An investigation is underway in South Auckland after a body was discovered in the early hours of this morning

    An investigation is underway in South Auckland after a body was discovered in the early hours of this morning


    Emergency services were called to Favona at around 3.30am, where they found the body of a man on Wakefield Road.

    Enquiries are underway and Police are speaking to witnesses to establish how the man died.

    Wakefield Road is currently closed while a scene examination is carried out.
