The court has found the Auckland man spent 19 years in prison for the 1985 murder of Arthur Easton due to a "substantial miscarriage of justice".
The case centres around the violent home invasion and killing of the 52-year-old in his Papakura home.
The Solicitor General has ordered an investigation into all Crown lawyers involved in the case.
Hall told TVNZ he wants an investigation of the police officers as well.
He wants to give a white feather to each of the officers involved, to show what cowards they are.
Police are yet to comment.
