    A tough result for Black Caps batter Daryl Mitchell to digest at Trent Bridge


    England's beaten New Zealand by five wickets to post an unassailable 2-nil lead in the three-match series.

    Yet Mitchell scored 252 runs in a fixture where Jonny Bairstow and Ben Stokes unleashed mayhem on the final afternoon chasing a ground record 299 for victory.
