New Zealanders are turning to cannabis to cure chronic pain

New Zealanders are turning to cannabis to cure chronic pain

Health Ministry data shows almost 2000 more medicinal cannabis packs were supplied this March compared to January last year.

Specialist GP Cannabis Clinician Graham Gulbransen says some of his patients have had years of pain.

He says patients often see far fewer side effects than standard treatment.
