    Cyclist Niamh Fisher-Black is holding on to the white young rider's jersey near the mid-point of the women's Giro d'Italia


    The 21-year-old - who will represent New Zealand at the Commonwealth Games on the road this month - sits eighth overall, five-and-a-half minutes off the lead.

    Fisher-Black claimed the young rider's jersey in the 2021 edition.
