A call to forbid Robinson helicopters from flying in moderate or severe turbulence

Coroner Alexandra Cunninghame has found a Robinson caused the crash that killed Stephen Combe and James Patterson-Gardner near Queenstown on February, 2015.
She says an abrupt wind change caused mast bumping, where the helicopter blades strike the cabin, breaking it up in mid-air.
Cunninghame says in any other type of helicopter, the accident wouldn't have happened.
She's also recommending black boxes become mandatory for all helicopters.
