    A potential saviour for the South Island's healthcare crisis


    App-based healthcare provider, Tend Health has partnered with general practice service Better Health to provide virtual medical consults for parts of the South Island.

    The partnership will cover 14 medical centres across Christchurch, North Canterbury and the lower South Island, reaching more than 90 thousand patients.

    Co-chief executive, Cecilia Robinson says with the health care system in crisis, Tend's new technology hopes to take the weight off.
