    One lucky lotto player from New Plymouth is waking up a whopping $24 million richer this morning


    The multimillion-dollar win was made up of $1m from Lotto First Division and $23m for Powerball, and the winning ticket was sold at Bell Block Supermarket in New Plymouth.

    The winner is the 17th person made a multi-millionaire from Lotto this year.
