    Boy racer chaos on Boxing Day saw over 200 infringements issued to drivers in Hawkes Bay


    Road policing manager for the region, Inspector Matt Broderick, says police responded to a number of "motoring enthusiasts" intent on anti-social driving behaviour.

    10 vehicles were impounded, 14 drivers licences were suspended and four people were arrested.

    Broderick says most of the infringements issued that night would've been related to boy racers.
