A nerve-wracking morning for more than 160-thousand high school students and leavers

A nerve-wracking morning for more than 160-thousand high school students and leavers

NCEA results have just gone online, on the NZQA website.

Students can now see their marks, the number of Learning Recognition Credits they've earned, and whether they've been awarded Course Endorsements, a Certificate Endorsement or University Entrance.

PPTA President Melanie Webber says the Learning Recognition Credits are important given Covid-related disruptions.

She says it allows schools to focus on student learning rather than spending time on assessing.

NZQA's contact centre is expected to be busiest before 11.30, but will remain open today until 8pm.
