    Kiwi boxer Jerome Pampellone feels he's one step closer to a world title shot in the Light Heavyweight division


    His first-round stoppage of Australian-based Kiwi Mose Auimatagi Junior at the Fight for Life event in Auckland is expected to boost his position in the IBF rankings.

    Pampellone, who is eighth in the IBF order, is pushing for tougher challengers.
