Latest polling has National's support once again overtaking Labour's

Latest polling has National's support once again overtaking Labour's

Numbers from the Taxpayers' Union show although National's down one point, at 36 percent it's still ahead of Labour, which slipped three points to 34.

The gap between the main two parties might be slim, but Act's opened up a commanding lead on the Greens; with 13 percent versus 7 percent respectively.

The poll is the first in a while to not have the Maori Party holding the balance of power.

On these numbers, Act and National could form a Government, with 62 seats in the House.
