Fire crews are still working to cool hotspots at the scene of a house fire in Auckland's St Mary's Bay

Firefighters were called to the well-involved blaze at the three storey villa just before 2am.

Waka Kotahi has advised the Shelly Beach Road off-ramp from the motorway is still closed.

People should use detours and expect delays.

All those in the house have been accounted for and there are no reports of injuries.
