Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra is adamant his side can still advance to the NBA's Championship series despite losing three straight eastern conference finals games

The Celtics have moved to 3-all in the series against the Heat, with a dramatic 104-103 win in Miami.

Derrick White scored on a put-back with time virtually up to clinch the victory after a three-point attempt missed.

Spoelstra says his view isn't dented by a 3-nil lead disappearing.
