    Police have arrested a man in relation to the death of a young Aucklander - who unknowingly drank liquid methamphetamine


    21-year old Aidan Sagala died in March after drinking beer laced with the drug.

    A 40 year old's been charged with manslaughter and is appearing in Auckland District Court today.

    It follows the recovery of a large quantity of meth and other drugs in Manukau.

    Police have uncovered a significant smuggling programme - worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
