Kiwis playmaker Dylan Brown is set for a court appearance after being arrested following an alleged incident at a Sydney hotel last night

The Paramatta five-eighth is facing five counts of sexual touching without consent - with the Daily Telegraph saying a 20-year-old woman reported the alleged incident to staff.

Brown - who has played five tests since making his New Zealand debut last year - was granted bail and will appear before a Sydney court on Wednesday.

Neither the NRL or the Eels are yet to comment on the situation.
