A whopping 11 percent of mortgage holders say they are likely - or definitely - need to sell a property in the next 12 months

That's according to a latest opt-in survey by Horizon Research of one-thousand people, on the impact of higher interest rates.
Around 70 percent of respondents - equating to 940-thousand adults - are worried they may not be able to afford repayments.
Principal Graeme Colman says about 1.1-million mortgages are fixed.
He says they're the ones for whom interest rates are likely to jump from very low to higher levels when they come up for renewal.
