    Armed police have rushed to a street in Trentham, Upper Hutt after a man was seen acting disorderly with a weapon

    Armed police have rushed to a street in Trentham, Upper Hutt after a man was seen acting disorderly with a weapon


    Police were called to Ararino Street, between Glasgow Street and Ranfurly Street at around 7.40pm.

    A spokesperson says a heavy police presence is in the area while they attempt to resolve the incident.

    There are no reports of injuries so far.
