Optimism from one of Formula One's biggest names that New Zealand's Liam Lawson will equip himself well on debut on motorsport's biggest stage

A broken hand for Australian star Daniel Ricciardo during the second practice session for the Dutch Grand Prix will see the young Kiwi step in to drive for Red Bull Racing's sister team Alpha Tauri in Monday morning's race.

Red Bull boss Christian Horner told Sky Sport UK he believes Lawson will grasp the opportunity.

Lawson's first on-track action will be in tonight's third and final practice session, before he contests qualifying in the early hours of tomorrow morning.
