Dunedin Hospital's radiology department has been labelled high risk in an external review

Dunedin Hospital's radiology department has been labelled high risk in an external review

The Otago Daily Times reports - The International Accreditation of New Zealand found the department has 40 percent too few radiologists.

It also says the unit could run into a potential accommodation problem with the new hospital build delayed.

The hospital is now among those with radiology departments recently deemed as high risk - along with Taranaki, Counties Manukau, Nelson and Waitemata.
