    The Greens' James Shaw says his party's on an upward trend


    It's up 1.9 points to 14.2 percent in the latest Newshub-Reid Research poll -- which would mean 18 Green MPs.

    Labour's fallen slightly to 26.5, and National's dropped to 39.1.

    ACT also fell to 8.8 -- meaning National and ACT would need New Zealand First's support to govern.

    Co-Leader James Shaw says he doesn't pay too much attention to a single poll, but the party's average is increasing.
