    Aviation entrepreneur and Warbirds over Wanaka founder Sir Tim Wallis has died, aged 85


    Sir Tim's family confirm he died at home yesterday, surrounded by loved ones with a helicopter parked outside his window.

    The Greymouth-born businessman was also well-known for his work in the deer farming industry.

    A funeral will be held at Wanaka Airport later next week.
