The Otago Regional Council is providing an extra 300 bus trips to keep up with demand ahead of the upcoming cruise season

The cuncil has been working closely with the West Harbour Community Board, to plan for over-crowding on buses.

Transport Manager, Lorraine Cheyne says they've added a significant number of additional trips to and from Port Chalmers, to ease pressure from the expected five thousand passengers.
