A Malaysian firm has been fined 70-thousand dollars for not getting development consent after a land splurge in Auckland

In 2021, Dialog Group Berhad subsidiary 104 Dixon Street Limited, bought seven properties for a combined 58-million-dollars in Parnell and Ellerslie, to turn into apartments.

Five of them were found to have breached the Overseas Investment Act, as they were residential and classed as sensitive land.
