    The Wellington Phoenix women have swept aside Western United 3-1 in their A-League match up in Porirua


    Chloe Knott and Macey Fraser gave the Kiwi side a 2-nil lead at the break.

    Western then headed in an own goal in the 76th minute and a consolation goal in added time.

    It's Wellington's third straight win, elevating them to second on the ladder.
