Carlos Sainz has voiced his frustration with Formula 1's governing body after getting docked ten grid places ahead of tonight's Las Vegas Grand Prix

The Spaniard's been sanctioned due to the repairs needed for his Ferrari, which was damaged driving over a loose drain cover on the track during practice.

Sainz was second-fastest in qualifying but will instead start from 12th.

He says the system needs change.

Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc's is on pole with Max Verstappen also in the front row.
