New research is shining a light on how people's diets impact climate

University of Auckland research shows younger people are more likely to eat climate-friendly.

Red meat, processed meat, and dairy products account for more than half of our dietary greenhouse gas emissions.

Nutritional epidemiologist Dr Kathryn Bradbury is encouraging people to switch their diet up.

She says having red meat no more than three times a week would reduce the risk of bowel cancer - and would reduce your carbon footprint.
