Could New Zealand cricket fans be subject to another "one for the Ajaz" in Sylhet over the next five days?

Ajaz Patel, the left-arm orthodox spinner who became the third bowler to take 10 wickets in a test innings against India in Mumbai almost two years ago, is set to play for the Black Caps from 4.30pm against Bangladesh.

The match marks the start of the third world championship.

Patel describes the plan that he and presumably two other specialist spinners will adhere to.



New Zealand last played red-ball cricket in the country in 2013 for two draws.

First ball is at 4:30pm.
