Paris Hilton kept her baby daughter secret from her family until she introduced them to the tot on Thanksgiving

The 42-year-old hotel heiress welcomed a little girl named London - her second child with husband Carter Reum - via surrogate and kept her arrival quiet from everyone including her loved ones until she threw a Thanksgiving dinner last week and surprised them with her new baby

During an appearance on 'LIVE With Kelly and Mark', Paris explained: "My Thanksgiving was amazing. Of course, that's when I surprised the whole family with London."

She went on to reveal she ushered her family into her living room at around 5 o'clock and told them she had a big surprise for them. Paris explained they all thought she had hired a magician to entertain the kids and they were stunned when she brought out baby London.

'The Simple Life' star added: "Everyone thought a magician was coming. Like, we have a performer coming in. So everyone's all excited. Then, I [walked] in just holding like a pink blanket with a baby, and everybody was sitting there like, 'What?'

"Everyone was just - they couldn't believe it. It was the best Thanksgiving I've ever had in my life."

However, in a separate interview Paris admitted her mum Kathy and sister Nicky knew she was planning to have another baby, but they didn't know when it was going to happen.

On the 'Today' show, she explained: "The only people who knew were, obviously, Carter, and my mom and my sister. My parents did not know when it was happening but knew it was going to happen."

Paris - who also who also has 10-month-old son Phoenix - added to the hosts: "She is just a little angel and my life just feels so complete with my little baby boy and my baby girl. We're just over the moon."

During an instalment of her 'I am Paris' podcast, the TV star revealed she's always wanted to have a daughter named London. She said: "I've always wanted to name my daughter London. I had actually picked that name for a long time now, probably over 10 years. I always wanted London. I love that name for my daughter."
