    In Australia, charges against a police officer accused of fatally tasering 95-year-old woman at a nursing home earlier this year have been upgraded to manslaughter


    Clare Nowland, who had dementia, died a week after allegedly being tasered by Senior Constable Kristian White.

    White is expected back in court next week.
