    A fresh plea for farmers to take steps to ensure their vehicles have safety protection


    Since January last year, there's been 11 quad bike fatalities on farms - with four of those in the last nine days.

    Chair of Safer Farms, Lindy Nelson, says you need rollover protection on quad bikes.

    She says that adds the ability that if you fail, you fail safely, as it provides a case for survival.
