    Hopes a fresh-looking serve can help men's world number seven Stefanos Tsitsipas at the Australian Tennis Open


    He demonstrated his new step-up motion during his first round win over Zizou Bergs , but struggled with a 57 per cent first-serve rate.

    Tsitsipas is optimistic he can eventually ace a solution.



    Speaking of serves, ASB Classic champion Coco Gauff welcomed the work she's done on hers after advancing to the second round.



    Among those ousted in the first round were incumbent Wimbledon champion Marketa Vondrousova and three-time major winners Stan Wawrinka and Andy Murray.
