Daniil Medvedev may make some tactical changes as he eyes up a maiden Australian Open title

The Russian has won six matches to three over opponent Jannik Sinner, but knows full well the Italian has won the last three.

Medvedev says he'd like to stick to his usual game, but thinks hanging on the baseline may not be in his best interests.
