Nurses are scratching their heads over the Health Ministry's decision to allow pharmacies to vaccinate infants

The Nurses Organisation says it makes more sense to invest more in primary care, to increase childhood immunisation rates -- rather than transferring responsibility elsewhere.
Spokesperson Kerri Nuku says there's a workforce already prepared.
She says pharmacies did a great job over covid, so they're certainly an option, but they should only be a last resort.
