Amigo Jacobi Sinclair-Beere and Lance Nielsen were jointly charged with the manslaughter of Joseph Tahana in February 2022.
Tahana tried to escape the pair when they attempted to rob him, by climbing over his apartment balcony and shimmying across a ledge, when he lost his grip and fell to his death.
The two men received four years and 10 months in prison, after unanimous guilty verdicts on both burglary and manslaughter charges.
