    Ella Wyllie has won the women's elite New Zealand Road Race title in Timaru

    Ella Wyllie has won the women's elite New Zealand Road Race title in Timaru


    The 21-year-old edged time trial winner Kim Cadzow and under-23 mountain biking world champion Sammie Maxwell in a sprint finish.

    It adds to Wyllie's victory in the under-23 individual time trial on the opening day.

    The combined under-23 and elite male road race begins at 11 later this morning.
