    Top men's rower Phillip Wilson is in prime nick heading into the national championships starting today on Lake Karapiro


    The Petone Club rower - an Olympic eight champion in 2021 - will jump in three boats across the nationals.

    Wilson says there's been a huge emphasis on base fitness over the summer.
