The Shareholders Association is making a case for changes at the top of Fletcher Building

The Shareholders Association is making a case for changes at the top of Fletcher Building

The company is in a trading halt ahead of the its half-year results tomorrow -- with its CEO also "considering his position".

Association chief Executive Oliver Mander says they've been critical of the board in the past in terms of how it's approached certain issues.

He says they want a shakeup.

Mander says whether it's the entire board, or a review of the board's composition they think it's an important thing to do, and may result in different board members.
