Fletcher Building has announced a 120-million dollar interim net loss after tax, and has revealed Chief Executive Ross Taylor and Chairman Bruce Hassall will leave the company later this year.
Mark Lister from Craigs Investment Partners says construction can often be a high-risk industry, but Fletcher seems to be particularly trouble-prone.
Taylor will address investors shortly, and the company will remain in a trading halt until 12.30pm today.
