High Performance Sport feel the cost of an appeal is worth it when it comes to the ruling made against them by the Employment Relations Authority

The funded government agency have confirmed they'll use money from their taxpayer funded kitty to challenge the ruling that they must enter collective bargaining with a union consisting of many of New Zealand's top rowers and cyclists.

HPSNZ director of high performance Steve Tew says they see the appeal as more of an investment than a cost.
