The Warehouse Group has sold off outdoor brand, Torpedo7, to Tahua Partners for one-dollar

The Warehouse Group has sold off outdoor brand, Torpedo7, to Tahua Partners for one-dollar

TPL will take ownership of the assets - including stock, cash in store and the Torpedo7 brand.

It will also assume obligations, including leases, honouring gift cards, online orders, and customer returns.

Most permanent staff will be offered employment.

Warehouse Group Chief Executive Officer Nick Grayston says the sale will let the company focus on core brands - and improve its financial performance.
