    The Warehouse Group is selling off outdoor brand Torpedo7 for one-dollar to a consortium of business people


    They include the former owners of the Breakers basketball team and Pak'nSave Albany - Paul and Liz Blackwell - and Rob Redwood, former owner of Pak'n'Save Glen Innes.

    The Warehouse initially paid 33-million dollars over three-years for a 51 per cent stake in T-7 .

    It acquired an additional 29 per cent stake in in 2014 for 15.2-million.

    All up, it invested 52.2 million dollars in the sporting goods firm.
