    Dame Lisa Carrington is excited by the prospect of more freedom come crunch time, as she looks to add to her of Olympic gold medals in Paris


    The already five-time Olympic champion kayaker is set to race in the K1 and K2 500 - along with the K4 - at this year's Games.

    With her specialist event - the K1 200 - no longer on the programme - as well as other tweaks, Carrington says things are going to look a bit different.
