Wellington Phoenix teen Isaac Hughes says coach Giancarlo Italiano has incredible faith in his youth players

The A-League club have named 15 academy players in matchday squads this season, many of whom have helped the team to become five points clear at the top of the table.

Coming through the academy himself, Hughes says Italiano has built a great environment as he's extremely approachable.
