    A thief's plans have been punctured - after Police found 11 stolen electric bikes


    Waitemata Sergeant, Jimmy Kim, says the e-bikes were reported stolen from a Parnell property a month ago.

    Three weeks later, information was received they were being sold on Facebook, valued at 58 thousand dollars.

    Police have managed to return seven bikes to their owners.

    A 36-year-old-man has been charged and will reappear in Waitakere district court on March 14.
