Potential trouble at t'mill for Manchester United's footballers

Potential trouble at t'mill for Manchester United's footballers

A number of players have reportedly complained to coaching staff that they wanted Sunday off after Saturday's loss to Fulham, despite manager Erik Ten Hag's squad usually going in after match day for warm-downs and video analysis.

The request apparently caused surprise given the insipid display, and was promptly rejected, despite the previous run of five consecutive victories.

A fear is building that ten Hag overworked the squad in pre-season - they currently sit sixth on the table.
