Tom Abercrombie's basketball career has been extended by at least another game, with the Breakers advancing to a second sudden-death game

The Breakers have tipped up the heavily favoured Sydney Kings 83-76 to move from the play-in qualifier into a play-in game against the Illawarra Hawks on Monday.

Centre Zylan Cheatham, who hobbled through with an ankle injury suffered before halftime, says Abercrombie's at the back of their minds each game.
