A country and a Government that works in the interest of the many, not the few

A country and a Government that works in the interest of the many, not the few

That's the vision Auckland Central MP Chloe Swarbrick is laying out for Aotearoa, as she steps in to lead the Greens alongside Marama Davidson.

Swarbrick received every single vote from the party's membership, to replace James Shaw - who resigned in January, but will remain an MP for now.

She says she will see, hear, and represent New Zealanders.

Swarbrick says she wants everyone who despairs at the Government's disregard for the climate, and the taking of kids' school lunch money, to know they aren't alone.
