Tom Walsh is confident he's hitting the right form for Paris despite another silver at the Track and Field nationals

The two-time Olympic bronze medallist was pipped by Jacko Gill by six centimetres, after Gill threw 21-point-57 metres.

Walsh says he's been hitting good numbers in training over the past six weeks and it's starting to translate.
